Very helpful and willing to assist. Would definitely recommend them. There is a small wait, but well worth it, as the staff do their best to give each customer the best advise.

Very pleasant experience, competent, friendly, professional staff, very busy place, hands on manager/ front of the house, the moment he was free, jumped in to help technicians deal with customers. He was giving advice to his staff, to us customers and answering phone calls. Made such a difference in a always long process of booting and rebooting of your decoder and finding out what is wrong with it. Thanks.
