Need help linking your smartcard to DStv Now

After you’ve downloaded the DStv Now app, and created a profile, you can link your DStv subscription. Start viewing great content on your smartphone, tablet, or computer!
Link Your SmartCard to DStv Now
Log in with your registered Connect Profile. Next, tap on “Link your DStv account”. You will be automatically directed to the connect page. Enter the following:
- Smartcard Number
- The surname of the DStv account holder
- Select the country your account is registered in
Confirm that your account details are correct, and tap on the “Link DStv Smartcard” button. You will see your package and device information. If everything is correct, change the Smartcard name and tap “Link”. A confirmation message will let you know that it is linked.
Return to the DStv Now app and log in. You can now start watching live shows!
DStv Now is available to the following subscribers:

- Compact Plus
