If you have just paid your DStv subscription, but you are still receiving the E16 error, you can quickly fix this without calling the DStv office.
Option 1- Download the DStv Now app, login and access Fix errors.
Option 2- Or dial *120*68584# and select option 3 (clear my error)
Option 3- You can also visit dstv.com and go to Support and click on Fixing Errors
Keep your decoder switched on with the smartcard inserted so that it can receive the reset command after you have paid.
